Fall blocks

This is my first attempt at doing blocks. I think I might want to do something different this next time. I just need to find some time do them and be creative at the same time! I sometimes get creative block.

I did these ones really quick before Thanksgiving. I love the little Turkey. It looked really good on my table for Thanksgiving feast.

St. Patrick's day

So far I think these are my favorites. They are 3x3 tile with vinyl letters. I'm going to sell the set for $15.

Decorative plates

These are some Ikea plates decorated with vinyl, of course. I'm still playing around with them so keep watching. I'm going to sell them for $8.

Teacher Tiles

These tiles can come any any shape you choose. Prices will be from $5-15 depending on the size. They can also come without the "Teacher" overlay or with it. I have some other color choices and would be happy to get you what you want or as close to it as possible.

Wooden blocks

These blocks sell for $2 a block without the ribbon and $3 with the ribbon. They are all 4x4, sanded and then painted. All papers are mod podged on. These blocks look great as a centerpiece for your tables or on any shelf or bookcase. Once again, custom orders are welcome.

Crafting

I've never been much of a crafty person growing up. As I've gotten older I've enjoyed doing little things here and there. Doing my own crafts allows me to design what I want how I want it. I've dabbled in different things over the years like cross stitching which I still really like but lack the time, sewing but only in a straight line. I tried quilting once but it is too mathematical for me and I became frustrated. This last year I have fallen in love with vinyl. Bob got me a vinyl maker for Christmas and I've been happily finding new things to put the vinyl on. When Greyson decided to take an Ambassador trip through Europe (summer 2009) I figured I could try to earn some of his tuition with crafting. Hence the birth of this blog.
Not only have I found that I really like to create new things I also like how it seems to center me. This new creative outlet is beneficial to me and my sanity. The only draw back is that I don't have enough space in my house for all the things I create.
It seems to be the perfect time for me to try and sell these crafts then, not only do I get to help Grey but I also get to keep my sanity.
I hope anyone visiting likes them. I'm happy to make any custom orders or just to hear some feedback. Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy.
